What is included in the registration fee?

Registration includes access to conference sessions, keynote lectures, parallel tracks, coffee breaks, lunches, digital proceedings, welcome reception, and an official certificate of attendance.

When does early-bird registration close?

Early-bird registration closes on 9 September 2026. After this date, standard registration rates will apply.

Can I register as a student?

Yes. Student registration is available for full-time undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students. A valid student ID or confirmation letter may be required.

How do I pay the registration fee?

After submitting the registration form, payment instructions will be sent by email. Online payment integration can also be connected later using WPForms, WooCommerce, Stripe, or another payment gateway.

Can I add optional activities later?

Optional activities such as the gala dinner and Nile Cruise dinner can be added during registration. Late additions may be possible depending on availability.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. Once your registration is submitted and payment is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation email with your registration details.
